Here at Wright Taxis we have been serving the communities of Dumbarton, Alexandria & Surrounding areas since the company was set up by our founding director Mr. Allan Wright in 2009.
Our History
Our business has continued to grow from it’s early days of only 5 cars to over 50 cars more than a decade on and serving more than our local communities with business contracts with national suppliers like NHS Scotland, , BAE Systems and other big companies looking for a reliable local company who they could trust with their business.
in 2016 directors Allan Wright & John McEwan decided to invest more into the successful business by opening a new taxi booking office on Alexandria’s main street. This gave us at that high street appeal with customers being able to stop by our office to get a taxi after busy day of shopping in the town centre. This is was great advantage for our customers as the office is a short walk from two major supermarkets Aldi & the Co-Op.
