We understand that losing your possession can be a stressful experience which is why we aim to respond to all lost property enquiries within 24hours.
If you immediately realise you have lost a phone or wallet, please call us and we will contact the driver. Providing they have the item they will return it to the customer within 24 hours.
Please note, customers may have to pay a fare to have their lost property returned or it can be collect free of charge from our booking office in Alexandria
If you can provide a booking reference number it will speed up the enquiry.
Items in our office longer than 7 days will be passed to Police Scotland Lost & Found.
